Last Updated: 15 May 2025 · Effective Date: 15 May 2025 · Bijak Tech, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bijak Tech website and your enrolment in our online programmes. Please read them carefully before accessing our services. If you have any questions, we are happy to help before you proceed.
By accessing bijakteck.pro or enrolling in any programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

- User / You — any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a programme.
- We / Us / Our — Bijak Tech, registered at Jalan SS15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- Content — all text, video, code examples, assessments, and downloadable materials provided through our programmes.

2. Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bijak Tech when you access our website or complete enrolment in a programme. By submitting an enrolment enquiry or payment, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.
- Have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
- Accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrolment or continued use of our website.
3. Service Description
Bijak Tech offers online learning programmes in Python, data science, and machine learning, delivered through pre-recorded video lessons, live mentor clinics, peer cohorts, and a structured discussion environment. Programme durations and formats are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep all content accurate and up to date. However, the technology landscape changes, and some materials may reflect approaches that have since evolved. We note where this is the case and update content on a rolling basis.
Our programmes are currently offered online and are accessible from Malaysia and most other countries. We do not currently offer in-person instruction.
4. User Accounts
Enrolment in a programme requires you to create a learner account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Each account is intended for a single individual. Sharing access to another person is not permitted, as cohort sizes are managed to support a quality learning environment for everyone.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where misuse is suspected, pending investigation.
5. User Responsibilities
We want the learning environment to be productive and respectful for everyone. As a user of our service, you agree to:
- Engage with programme content and cohort activities in good faith.
- Treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with courtesy and consideration.
- Submit only your own work in assessments and projects.
- Not share, redistribute, or reproduce course materials outside the learning platform.
- Not use our platform to distribute spam, unsolicited promotions, or harmful content.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws in your use of our services.
Conduct that disrupts the learning environment or harms other participants may result in suspension or termination of your access, at our discretion and following reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All programme content — including video recordings, written materials, code examples, exercises, and assessments — is the intellectual property of Bijak Tech and is protected under Malaysian law and applicable international conventions.
Upon enrolment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal learning. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.
Work you produce during a programme — your own code, projects, and written outputs — remains yours. By sharing work in cohort discussions, you grant other participants and mentors the right to view and comment on it for educational purposes within the platform.
7. Payment Terms
Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full before your cohort start date, unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing with our team. Current fees are:
- Python & Data Foundations — RM 990
- Machine Learning Project Track — RM 1,410
- Neural Networks in Depth — RM 1,870
Fees include all stated programme materials and mentor access. They do not include any software licences, hardware, or third-party subscriptions that may be recommended during the programme (most recommended tools have free tiers).
Refund Policy: A full refund is available if you withdraw at least seven (7) calendar days before the cohort start date. Withdrawals after this point and within the first three days of the cohort start are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available after the third day of the cohort. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
We are not responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes that your financial institution may apply.
8. Course Enrolment Terms
Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from us. Cohort places are limited, and submission of an enquiry form does not reserve a place.
Completion of a programme and eligibility for a certificate of completion requires attending the specified minimum number of mentor sessions and submitting the programme's project or capstone. We do not issue certificates for partial completion.
We endeavour to run cohorts as scheduled. In rare circumstances, a cohort may be rescheduled or consolidated. Where this occurs, you will be offered a place in the next available cohort or a full refund.
We expect academic honesty. Submitting work that is not your own, or misrepresenting your work during assessments, may result in removal from the programme without refund.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided in good faith, with carefully prepared content and experienced mentors. However, we offer our service "as is" and do not make representations about specific outcomes or career results that any individual learner will achieve.
The field of AI and machine learning is evolving quickly. While we maintain content regularly, some material may not reflect the very latest developments at all times.
Nothing in our programmes constitutes professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. For matters requiring professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bijak Tech's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific programme to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or damage to devices or software. This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures, or extraordinary events.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bijak Tech, its team, and its representatives against any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our platform, or any content you post in our learning environment that causes harm to another person.
12. Termination
Either party may end this agreement. You may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy in Section 7. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with written notice where possible.
On termination, your access to the learning platform will cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination and continue to apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to informal resolution: please write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within ten (10) business days.
If informal resolution does not resolve the matter within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with Selangor as the preferred venue.
For disputes involving smaller amounts, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia may be an appropriate avenue and we will cooperate with its process.
14. General Provisions
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Bijak Tech regarding your use of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these terms to another person without our prior written consent.
Notices from you to us should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our Subang Jaya address.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes, applicable law, or our operating practices. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send a notice to the email address associated with your account.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
